At Central Pennsylvania School of Massage we can't stress the importance of hands on training enough and it is why employers tell us they hire our graduates. Our clinic, the Pain Relief Center, was voted the "best massage" by the readers of State College, The Magazine.

• Ultra Day Spa - Two hours: massage, facial, foot facial, aromatherapy, paraffin dip, and salt scrub. $58.95
• Super Day Spa - One and a half hours: massage, facial, aromatherapy, and salt scrub. $52.95
• Day Spa - An hour massage with a facial and salt scrub. $47.95
• Aromatherapy - A one hour massage with a scented oil of your choice. $38.95
• 2 Hours - Two hours of massage. $54.95
• 1 1/2 Hours - One and a half hour of massage. $44.95
• 1 Hour - One hour of massage. $34.95
• 1/2 Hour - One half hour of massage, usually on a specific part of the body such as the back and shoulders. $24.95
• Aromatherapy, Facial, Foot Facial, Paraffin Dip - You can add any of these to your massage for only $7.00 each.

• Swedish - One of the most popular types of massage. Swedish movements are typically synonymous with relaxation and involve long deep strokes and kneading of the extremities.
• Sports - Sports massage involves vigorous kneading and friction to help prepare the muscles for a period of strenuous activity, or to help the athlete warm down from an event and prevent muscle cramps and spasms.
• Shiatsu with acupressure - An oriental form of energy work involving light pressure applied to points on the meridians (channels of chi that naturally flow through the body). Similar to acupuncture but without the needles.
• Reflexology - Energy work and massage of the feet with concentration on removing accumulated blockages which may cause dysfunction in the rest of the body.
• Couples massage - A relaxing massage or spa treatment on more than one person in the same room. We have the facilities to accommodate up to 8 people in the same room. Great for bridal showers!
• Pregnancy, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapy also available at no extra charge.

What can I do to prepare for my massage? Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete a general health questionnaire and please remember to turn off all cell-phones and pagers while inside the school.
Do I have to take all of my clothes off? Certainly not. However, the best massages are usually given with the least amount of clothing. We do recommend that anyone receiving massage (male or female) disrobe to their underwear. You will remain covered at all times and our students take great care in never exposing a clients private areas. If you are uncomfortable in disrobing certain articles of clothing, please tell the therapist so that they may make the necessary accommodations.
Can I request a male/female to do my massage? Because we are a student run clinic, we do not allow discrimination of any kind including based on gender. Students are assigned to a client based on need in rotation. Therefore, we cannot assign a specific therapist to a client based on request.
Can I purchase a gift certificate? Certainly. You can purchase them in our clinic or you can call us and we can take your credit card information over the phone and mail the certificate to the address of your choice.
Do you provide services to local businesses? On-site, corporate, and conference massage is available. Please call or email us for more information. Prices begin at $60 per hour for local venues.
